• Honor payment terms as specified in any separate service agreement, proposal, or invoice

Specific project terms—including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees—will be documented in a separate written agreement or proposal where applicable. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.
